1959T Super Tremolo 100 Watt built 1972 heavily modded by pre-owner modded 2004
This is a Marshall 100 Watt head which I modded for my guitar buddy Pete, who also did most of the demos.
Same design concept than above JTM 45 MKII Head, but 4*EL34 and 2 Mastervolume levels switchable for High Gain.
3 channel BadÄss
- 4 * 12AX7, 1 * 12AT7, 4 * EL34, Solid State Rectifier
- Gain Stages and Controls (all channels share one common tone stack)
- 3 channel (by footswitch)
- 1st channel: Classic Fender Clean tone, bright, twangy and very smooth (2 tube stages), a little hotter than usual, Marshall Tone Stack, no Master Vol
- 2nd channel: Plexi Tone, 3 gain stages, Marshall Tone Stack, no Master Vol
- 3rd channel: lead, Marshall high gain tone, dedicated tone stack for this channel only (treble/bass), 2 switchable dedicated Master Vol, 4 gain stages
- Controls: Ch1(Clean): Vol, Ch2 (Plexi): Vol, Ch3: Gain, Tone (treble/bass), Master Vol.1, Master Vol.2, Common: Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence, FX Send/Return, Speaker 4/8/16 Ohms Selector
- 3 channel (by footswitch)
- Power Amp: Fixed Bias, 100 Watts
- Fully tube buffered parallel FX Loop
- Printed Circuit Board due to complexity
